It's part of the eBay money back guarantee so if it's not what it say it is you get a refund.

According to their return policy, "30 days money back or replacement (buyer's choice), seller pays for return shipping" and it's open box.

Yes, the latest firmware update fixed some of the bugs. It is 2019 model so it does not have the accuracy of the latest smartwatches in 2021.

$69 is the average price for a used and open box.

I have this model and the active 2, the latest version is way better when it is paired with an android phone.
