FWIW, I also got that Hisense 65" last Black Friday. It was borderline unusable. Android TV sucked and even using built-in TV functions sucked. It eventually completely froze on me and stopped responding. So I did a full factory reset and this time did not configure Android TV at all and did not connect it to the internet. Since then, it's been totally fine. I plan to do this for all Hisense TVs going forward. It really does seem like the hardware is fine but the software sucks.

Guys "Full Array" or "Direct lit" is not referring to local dimming it is the placement of the led bulbs, in this case they are directly behind the panel versus "Edge lit". It would say full array local dimming if it had a dimming feature.

Nothing but problems with the built-in Chromecast. Other than that... Tv is great. External Chromecast will save you headaches and hours of troubleshooting.

Both is, but we're not getting the hisense website one, should only base on bestbuy one, so thia is crap, even the rating is high, if you can't even find it on rtings.com it's wack
