The bundle with the ethernet adapter is also on "sale", but its cheaper to buy it separately since it's $15. I am holding out hoping that it goes on a slight discount on prime day tomorrow.
I find Roku to be a much more solid streamer.

I tried setting up a trade in of my current Fire TV stick. It says I should get $3 amazon gift card and 20% off. I don't see 20% when checking out with the Fire TV Stick 4K though.

It's all about the use case. I use Plex extensively and Roku has always been flawless there. Firestick? Not so much. Multiple issues on a regular basis with that.
