Very hard to mix this one in with other expansions. On its own it's ok, worth $16 for a small friend/couple group to play.

When playing by the intermediate or expert rules, we've found incorporating the Events rules to be cumbersome, irritating, and messy when also using other expansions. If you only do the basic rule set, it's mostly fine. But definitely more of a standalone game than the others, imo.

Huh? There are no expansions to this. The first one comes out Aug 2021. The Disney villains are completely separate game from the Marvel villains.

No expansions for this yet, but coming soon. This does NOT work with the Disney sets. This is a standalone new villainous series.

After playing Disney at my bros I got this one, honestly don't like it compared the original. Thanos is way too powerful. Maybe the expansion will rework some of that lopsidedness and you can "remove" Thanos from play. Here's hoping otherwise I'm selling it and reinvesting in the original villainous.
