Was looking at this item and watched vacuumwars video linked above, looks like a strong value with Lidar and specs similar to Roborock as Chris called out in his video. Thought this might be helpful for others as well! I'm in for one!
Edit:
The iHome does seem to be a better deal and Shark hasn't exactly posted on what the 2nd generation is using and there haven't been any updates if it has improved the hardware and software.

My plan was to create a zone away from our bedroom and vacuum at 4am, then a second zone at 10am to vacuum the bedroom etc. Everything worked GREAT it avoided almost everything in the 10x I ran it but did stop once when it ate a usb c cable and went into "resting" mode and didn't damage the cable.
The downside is that the mop feature didn't work like I had intended it to.
For the hardwood floors it did fine and for the tile in some rooms it did fine. However when I set it to run in the kitchen where the tile is the type that's shineyish ( think early 2000s ) when it would get wet the robot wouldn't get traction and just spin in circles. It also wouldn't mop some areas and vacuum other like I had hoped, once you physically put the mop attachment on it mops everything and you need to set "no mop" boundaries.
We mainly bought it for the kitchen since that's the floor that tends to get the most dirty so I am going to return it, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy it if I needed only a vacuum ( but we have another robot that does that already )
This is my first robot vacuum and I am impressed! Very easy set up and the software appears very robust. The self emptying feature in my mind is key- this way you can set up a schedule and let it do its thing for a couple of months.
Haven't tired mopping feature yet as that takes more intervention.
I do have to say my floors are cleaner and I don't have to vacuum anymore!
Overall I'm very pleased with this model at the $299 price point!
