And the points have Google Assistant but don't have the Ethernet ports like the router does. Still an excellent deal.

The product is nice but the app is just awful. Made the switch into eero after using these for a few months.

Could you please let me know what Eero model you switched to and what speeds you get over wifi? Also, how do you like the Eero so far?

I pulled the trigger on Eero 6 pro. The speeds are honestly the same for me. I am not running gigabit or anything extreme but they have been reliable. Very much set it and forget it like Google Wifi is.

The app is a million times better and is outside of the google home universe. I also like the idea of the ethernet backhaul since each Eero node has two ethernet ports. I am happy so far as they have not given me any issues. I think google is a good option but they are outdated. I paid $399 and Eero was a bit more but I'm hoping these will serve me for 10+ years.

What is the difference between the ac220 and the ac1200 that Costco sells? I'm looking into getting a mesh system with my 1gb fiber.

I have a one story home that's 2500 sqft. 1 master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms (one room has all the connections running into the closet near front of house), one study, and family room that all have wall ports. Should I get the Google mesh system and then connect each unit to the wall Ethernet port?
