Costco has Acer Swift 3 with 16gb RAM and 512gb SSD at $800 ($100 savings from original price). Which is a better deal?

$670 vs $800 is a big difference and for it the Costco has a better display (2256x1504), more ram (16GB), and bigger SSD (512GB). you have to determine if $130 is worth those changes.

This was a better deal IMO (only $50 more)

PSA: I don't think they are in the same category to compare them. Obviously, that is the case of apple and orange. I saw both deals very early on the prime day. IMO, paying an extra $50 and getting 2x RAM and 2x storage and bigger screen is worth it. The 17" version went up from $750 to $890 in the morning and was sold out in 9 hrs and 40 min. The 14" version is still available for $699.

The item you linked is no longer available. And 17" laptop vs. 14" laptop generally have different audiences.
