Yes but not on their supported hardware list which is usually 6mo or more behind new hardware releases.

This drive is about power efficiency, latency, and speed.

If you're looking for just storage, IMO, there are much better (cheaper) options out there. Buy something for your needs :)

Hynix gets a second rate reputation because of memory enthusiasts circle jerking around and asking "is it SAMMY B-DIE? Oh it's Hynix? Damn oh well." Hynix is an excellent company on par with Samsung when it comes to making nand storage (and ram for that matter). These drives are good to go
Great price for the best laptop drive [anandtech.com] you can buy. CCC says it was this price only once before.

Near the top of NVMe performance, power draw as good as SATA. Class of its own for efficiency among premium NVMe drives. Spending more nets you almost nothing, and budget offerings are far less performant/efficient.
For $92 you can get Crucial P5 1TB with prime day sale.

I have the 500 GB version, and its a champ so far. My only concern is on another deal someone mentioned they had really bad customer service for warranty issues. Would love to hear from anyone who has had a positive (or negative) experience.

Bought this drive back when it was price once before. What a champ this drive is. If you're planning on upgrading or purchasing a new pc anytime in the near future, don't miss this opportunity

Got one last prime day and been using for a year. It basically maxes out the sata3 bandwidth for nvme. Great drive for the price. I use in a desktop, but also has excellent power consumption for laptop use.

Totally agree, put this drive into my laptop with a too small battery for this very reason. It is quite fast indeed. So far no issues or bad cells. Hands down the best drive I've had. I do wish they made a 2TB version though...

This is the P31, not the S31. The S31 is a 2.5" SATA drive.
