this is the renewed version of the 38-in LG ultra gear monitor that is normally between 1400 to $1,800.
Amazon is offering 25% off certain used and renewed items. this is the best price I've ever seen for this monitor, I would just purchase a warranty from them just in case.

Tempting, but I feel like these monitors are the ones people return back to Amazon after seeing massive IPS glow or something else with the panel...

If I recall correctly, these renewed items contain the same manufacturer warranty so if you have an issue you can always return it. It's worth taking the risk for this level of discount.

Yolo. Just bought one. What is the warranty on this exactly? I'm on mobile and about to pass out so I just placed the order for now. I hope that there is nothing wrong with it...

There are also Used - Very Good of this monitor as well under the regular listing. Comes out like $30 cheaper but I don't know which has a better return policy or warranty.

For sure. At least they have a nice 90-day return policy for this. It's just that it'll be a pain to ship it and it looks like refunds can take a while from what some reviewers say. I decided it was worth the risk at this price to see if I can get a unicorn Big Grin
