Snagged one of these the last time it was 18, it's a good light, I recommend. Only gripe is having to click it like 5 times to turn it off, don't really need the strobe or SOS feature.

Hold the power button down for a couple seconds and it turns off. Then it comes back on in the last mode used.

I agree, I'd have bought if USB-c. Just too many cable types right now (especially as an iPhone user who needs lightning). So stopped buying micro usb hoping I can one day be all usb C (laptop and two pairs of headphones are so far).
