Same here, I got the option to schedule an appointment. The earliest slot I had available was the 22nd, wow. Almost a month after ordering this thing.

Edit: And I'm in Texas!

Encouraging to hear that things are moving. Although it's a month out, fortunately they won't be delivering while you're on vacation.

My status is still blank. Hoping that changes before the week ends.

Mine was blank until this morning, hang in there! As soon as you see some movement on it, schedule your delivery.

I received my TV From Pilot today. Pilot and Sam's SUCK!! Good luck if you think they will bring this Monster into your house. They don't, they drop the TV in-front of your door and that is it. I was in shock. I have 10 flight of stairs to get to my place and the guy said he can't help me with the TV, I called his supervisor and he said it is Sam's policy for liability. I have never heard so much BS in my life. It is call cheap bastards, one truck, one guy delivering big items getting pay $15 per delivery. The driver showed me how much he gets for my delivery. Imagen if is just a woman receiving anything from these cheap ass companies? Also, no option on Sam's website to at least pay more to bring it in. Now I will let Sam's know what a piece of 💩 their service is and never again. They better pray there is nothing wrong with the TV because I will drop it right in front of their store, on their sidewalk like they did to me. Costco All the way for me. Good luck

Do you have to schedule a delivery date with Pilot? Shouldn't they just call you the day before delivery?

There is an option to schedule a delivery on the pilot website once you look up your package. With that being said, I scheduled mine for the 22nd which was the earliest the website let me. Right before heading out on a week long vacation this morning, I got a knock at my door with the pilot truck delivering. So your actual mileage may vary using that website. I'm just glad it got here when I was home.

Mine now shows it is in the area. I tried to schedule an appointment through the site and it says none available. Wonder if they'll just show up tomorrow or Monday.

They called yesterday and scheduled delivery for today.

Note to future self: do NOT buy from sams/Walmart for anything that is shipped via Pilot freight. Pilot is THE worst!

Mine didn't even get 'picked up', so, I too will be getting a refund. Unfortunately, I passed up other good Prime Day TV deals for this one.

Sams/Pilot screwed me.
