I have a buddy who's a high-end theater installer and he says that happens for most systems under $2k (though less often than mine) and the only solution is to cycle the power. Sometimes he sets up a routine to auto-cycle the power monthly just so the theater users don't see the problem.
I'm not excited to truck my SB46514-F6 back to costco and shell out $200+ more for the elevate, but if the audio is better and the audio cut-out goes away, that's worth it.
Bought this in December and it's real nice.
