They really do have great support -- I emailed them a couple times with help on how to wire some 3 way switches (I drew wire diagrams of how my current switches were wired and they explains which wires should go where on the new switches), and have had two switches go bad over the years and they were very helpful with replacements.

Yeah their support is amazing! I only took photos, no diagrams, of a complex 6 way setup (plus 1-3 additional gfci outlets/switches in each box) that I was working on and the next day they had everything figured out and labeled. Worked flawlessly!

Seems like a good deal. Not quite as good as their last black Friday or maybe even July 4th sale a year ago, but I'm not sure if that is because they were clearing out the 200 series switches.

And... I just bought hundreds of dollars worth of switches and a new hubitat hub. Does the 20% work on divorce attorney fees? laugh out loud

Kinda stinks. I ordered $89 worth of switches. It said I had free shipping. Applied the coupon and got $17 off, yay! Then it added back in $9 in shipping. Not such a great deal for me.
