Since you are a landlord and likely can't always avoid doing pipes, let me recommend "snappytrap" flexible sink pipe system. I used them for my last kitchen and bathroom projects and will continue using them every time now, saves so much time on pipe cutting, routing, gluing etc. Can find online or at homes store ( Lowes at least for sure, I assume most others)

Seems like a really good deal for a 1/2hp brand name. Going to finally replace my 10+yr old noise maker.

This might be an amazing deal.

I am slightly handy and I have replaced many disposals BUT I can not do pipes so I ALWAYS have to buy the exact same model as the previous one. (I am a Landlord).

Yep I hear ya there, but even then it can be a trick lol. I had a insinkerator evolution 3/4 that I think I got on Amazon like 10 years ago, I replace it earlier this year and think the same thing - just get another evolution 3/4hp. Of course the new one is smaller and the pipe location is higher..... I shoulda just got the new 1hp one because it appears to be the same size/pipe height. Oh well, I was able to make it work just by flexing the pipe up a little to fit.

Thanks for the reminder.

Oddly enough, the Moen GX75 was near the top of CR's lists, but the GX50 (this one) and GX100 were near the bottom.

Funny...
I changed a 10 year old one and the new one was exactly the same. I think that insinkerator makes so many new models that you have to be extra careful.

I have an Insinkerator Evolution Compact on order (63/100). Most good ones on the CR list are OOS or more than I'm willing to pay. Got an OK deal on that one from Ace with 10% CB from Rak. plus Ace pts.
