This might be an amazing deal.

I am slightly handy and I have replaced many disposals BUT I can not do pipes so I ALWAYS have to buy the exact same model as the previous one. (I am a Landlord).

Yep I hear ya there, but even then it can be a trick lol. I had a insinkerator evolution 3/4 that I think I got on Amazon like 10 years ago, I replace it earlier this year and think the same thing - just get another evolution 3/4hp. Of course the new one is smaller and the pipe location is higher..... I shoulda just got the new 1hp one because it appears to be the same size/pipe height. Oh well, I was able to make it work just by flexing the pipe up a little to fit.

Oddly enough, the Moen GX75 was near the top of CR's lists, but the GX50 (this one) and GX100 were near the bottom.
