Little known tip: Magic Erasers are just melamine sponges with some cleaner. You can buy 100 of them for $10 and don't need to use a special cleaner. Just use whatever you prefer.

Recommend changing title, which is misleading. It suggests that you're getting two 18-count packs.

I don't get it either, it's like using very fine grit sandpaper on everything. It destroys paint and dulls shiny surfaces. But I guess people consider that cleaning.

I was very very sceptical about these as well. I bought a box and tried various surfaces to clean. I wasn't that impressed UNTIL I used one on my bathtub. This is where this product shines. I have a newer Kohler tub with an etched foot area to minimize slipping. Dirt and soap scum gets stuck in the etched area. This brand and its chemical clean better then any other cleaning product. I've scribbled brushed, soaked, sprayed, professional cleaning products, used bleach powder, bleach, or ammonia. Mr Clean Magic Erasers quickly return the tub surface to its original bright white. Soap scum and embedded dirt come right out. Just rinse.

I've tried knock off Amazon brands with giant multipacks and they honestly don't come close to the cleaning power of these. Maybe they are "just" melamine sponges but Mr Clean has some amazing chemical cleaning ingredient in these. Try it. They are amazing on bathroom tubs, showers, title walls at removing soap scum. Surfaces look like new.

I've never used them until yesterday. I used them on a pair of really dirty shoes where the visible part of the rubber soles had years of dirt, grime, and paint. I wasn't sure how it would do anything since it doesn't even smell like cleaner but wow they look amazing now!

I ended up cleaning a bunch more pairs since I was so happy with the results. I did learn they're not reusable, the pad disintegrated as I moved from pair to pair. Also someone in this thread said you can get a generic brand for much much cheaper so I might try them out next time

Try using one on a seriously stained counter. Or a plate with a permanent stain...other than that, they work well...I got one pack at Costco about 5 years ago...I rarely use it but it works very very well.
