Do yourself a favor and don't buy polyester socks. 60% cotton is the minimum you need for enough breathability. Otherwise you're going to give yourself sweaty nasty feet, ripe for breeding fungus.

I hate that, tight socks of any kind. That's why I try to buy men's socks. So you think the socks are tighter than the usual men's socks? What percentage cotton?
No idea how Walmart thinks they can compete with Amazon and still have their shipping charges, no ship to store, etc.
there are only so many filler items I can justify adding and don't really have the time to scour the site looking for stuff I might need.
You can get these (or comparable brands) for like $3-$5 per 12 pack at Marshall's or Ross. One pack had inconsistent stitching (they advertise that) but it was barely noticeable and I wear them all the times for the gym.
If anyone cares, I bought some Saucony ankle socks (not the "no show" ones) recently and really like them. They're soft, seem durable, and inexpensive at TJ Maxx -- something like $7 for six pair in grey and denim blue. I've been looking for some new ones but didn't want to fork over the money for the REI low socks, which are awesome but expensive.
I'd be shocked if they matched the REI ones in durability since I have some of those that are over 5 years old now. However, given that one pair of REI socks is the same price as six of the Saucony, they don't have to last as long.

This is a deal for the 80's White Snake band!
