For the Dial foaming 32oz refill, adding 3, the maximum allowed. did take $.80 off/each and offered $3 no rush credits for the 3. Didn't see any no rush credits offered for lesser amounts, YMMV.

That's a new addition to their labeling. I presume this implies the soap is NOT anti-bacterial but will still be effective on bacteria?

I only ask because I try to stay away from antibacterial soap for a reason not worth getting into here.
