That's a new addition to their labeling. I presume this implies the soap is NOT anti-bacterial but will still be effective on bacteria?
I only ask because I try to stay away from antibacterial soap for a reason not worth getting into here.
FYI, any hand washing, even without soap, will wash away bacteria if performed long enough and vigorously.

If you go to the Amazon page, click the picture that shows the back of the bottle and zoom in.
As far as I can tell, this doesn't have triclosan or whatever the other one is. Some sodium chloride and and other common stuff that likely prevents bacterial growth in the shop itself.
I'm going to go off on a tangent here, feel free to read past.
My last job entailed custodial duties (10yrs). Spent a good chunk of time cleaning public restrooms: Scrubbing toilets, mopping floors, restocking TP, refilling soap, etc. One time during a deep-clean, sometime in my first year, I popped the soap dispenser off the wall because it looked like someone had tampered with it and it wasn't dispensing. But nope. It was just a combo of contamination mixed with the fact that the dispenser was never cleaned, and some mold or whatnot clogged the port when it got low, and someone just filled it right back up. At a certain point, the anti-bacterial agents get used or become in effective and all that soap basically becomes food for bacteria.
I started cleaning them during our monthly deep-clean cycles and letting everyone know a few days beforehand to not fill the soap because I'd be dumping it out to clean the dispenser, no matter when it was filled.
It was like a reverse kombucha, with the bacterial disk sitting on top of the soap. I made the suggestion of doing the sealed bags for soap. But was told "too expensive" so I factored in the man hours to remove and clean 20 units (they had to soak in bleach water for 10-15 min then scrubbed) minus the cost of soap we already were using. My manager said "Yes, it's technically cheaper, but it looks better on paper to keep doing it the way we are doing it because you are salaried and HQ doesn't factor that into the equation". There were also another 24 units at our sister public facility (which I didn't attend to, and had more lax cleaning standards). I always wonder how many people had a bad reaction or got sick from using literal bacterial soap from our sister location.
Tldr - I like soap.
