Seems kinda fishy that it is only 85w for the 3060, but the same thermal package can handle a 130w 3070?

I am not sure about this specific laptop, but after dealing with gaming laptops for over a decade, sometimes they can have stronger gpus or cpus in the same package because they might use more or beefier heatpipes in those models. Once again Idk about this specific model though.
