Seems odd to differentiate the two by hair color rather than skin color.

I dunno what Baby Alive is... but I remember Puppies Alive... "Alive, alive, puppies alive! How many puppies are there inside? There could be 3 or 4 or 5!" If those human babies give birth to multiple fish... I'm out. Oh nevermind... that was Puppy Surprise.

Maybe I'm overthinking this, but dressing a baby in a shark costume does not give the baby gills. The baby still has lungs. The girl in the last picture is drowning a baby.
