Answer: Yes, this is the complete collection of Tintin as collected by the owners. The owners and publishers decided that two issues were not included in this official collection, because of historic cultural depictions that are no longer accurate, i.e., an episode of Tintin in Africa.
2) It's a fake. However, it's a very very good fake, so you may not notice/care

I am amazed. I knew they were older, like the 1950's as it was like 1959 when I got my first one, Destination Moon.
