I've been following hammock stands for a while and there are plenty of these designs coming out of China with very negative reviews. Just check Amazon competitors.
Things like "item says it holds 450lbs but it bent under my weight and I'm a woman who weighs 120".
Caveat emptor. Personally, I'm staying away.
Mine has the quick-release push button connections. This one looks like it has thumb screws, which may take a moment longer but should work and is probably a bit sturdier and less likely to fail. We don't use the hammock that came with ours. Instead we use one of our nylon camping hammocks with the adjustable straps (under $20 on sale).
The one thing that would give me pause on this is it seems multiple products may have been sold under this listing, which could make the reviews suspect.
Ooh... another big thing I just noticed. This is apparently a 9' stand. I'm pretty sure the one I have is a 12' stand. In my experience the longer stand is going to give a better experience, as it allows you to lay flatter. I was thinking of getting a couple of these for my backyard but I'm going to pass based on this.

IMO, it depends on where you live. If it is a hot climate, I would consider buying the polyester one. Also, the polyester hammock is much lighter.
Yeah, i don't see anything below $100.
