I bought one of these a few months back. It was fine but I ultimately moved to a tea ball. It's just more universal so a tea ball fits into any cup. Also, if I want to make a cup for a family member it was easier to just clean out the ball and refill it, whereas with the cup, everyone needs one.
I bought this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1
It's nice but it's small. I also bought these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1
The holes are bigger but the ball is bigger too (so you get a little more loose tea that escapes but there's also more room for the tea to interact with the water).
They make a ton of varieties of these things though and they're cheap

Have been getting back into loose leaf tea as of late, so this is great timing. Thanks, OP!

It's not working for the second one I think. I tried second one with red or navy but it didn't work.

I added 2 to the same order and it took the discount off both, but I just tried to do it again and it's not working on any color anymore. Seems like it's 1 discount code per account, but you can order more than 1 cup per order and get the discount off all of them.

Give one of these a try and you'll never go back to tea balls. I don't have this exact model but one like it. Get the 34 oz and you can make 2-3 cups at a time for you and guests. The only downside at all if you get the larger one is you have to either eyeball it or put a mark where you need to stop pouring if you're only making a cup for yourself.

Also, if you like black teas, this is the best English Breakfast I've tried: Organic Positively Tea Company, English Breakfast Black Tea, Loose Leaf, 16 Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GA91...UTF8&psc=1

Good suggestions. I bought a stainless tea ball many years ago at Daiso store which is really cheap but the one I have doesn't have the handle but instead it has chain with a clip on the other end so you can attach or loop it on the mug's handle.

I simply bought a tea infuser from Ikea. Cheap and works beautifully.

The regular price for this mug/infuser combo is way overpriced. $12 should be the regular price

I bought 6 in store when they had a sale was for $2.

When in doubt check your Marshall's/Homegoods they will always have a deal with cups and kitchenware.
