If you hate junk mail and opted out of prescreened offers from credit cards, you cannot qualify for this because the offer requires "pre-qualification" through Citizens Bank. Screw them.

Yep don't need it forced upon me, if I want it I'll buy it. I already got 3 years for $160 from a previous deal so this is wasted money for me.
