Haha support? That's funny. I have a Pixel 3XL, and guess what? Support ends this year in October. I bought my Pixel 3 XL when it came out, so fair enough (3 years of support is still garbage, for a supposedly "flagship" device ). But someone buying this phone today will get 3-4 months of this amazing support. I'm not saying the phone is crap, I've loved it. I'm specifically saying that someone purchasing this thing today will get their 1 year warranty, and this tremendous value:

-No guaranteed Android version updates after October 2021
-No guaranteed security updates after October 2021
-No guaranteed telephone or online support after October 2021

That locked bootloader sours the deal a little, but otherwise I think it's pretty good. Google would definitely support for longer than other Android OEMs

Wonder what trade in incentives there will be for the Pixel 6. Wonder if it would be with it.

They must not be able to move these. This "deal" has been going on for months now. I bought two of them to replace older Android phones, and so far I've been very happy.

The fact that it's new is cool. But a phone this old should be $100 or so

I think the original poster meant updates and not tech support or warranty.

Will this work with TMobile? Or will the locked boot loader get in the way?

There was another recent deal on these and I recall several people referencing a former SD thread and saying that the bootloader ending up being unlocked even though the opposite was stated on the item page.

It was mentioned that Verizon unlocks the bootloader when unlocking these new phones for resale.

I don't have a link to the post right now but maybe someone else here knows what I'm talking about or has a link saved.

Still, I wouldn't count on that being a fact since Woot returns aren't free unless it's a result of their error. It could just be that they list it as locked so people can't use that as a reason for return.
