SD cashback didn't work, but not sure why this is being downvoted. This is the owest price I've seen for the 256 gb model and comes with the earbuds (going for over $100 on amazon).

It's probably because it's not the unlocked version. There is no way to unlock an AT&T version to be used on another carrier.

First of all, I didn't down vote it. As far as the XDA folks, most people won't go to that extent and just want the unlock codes from AT&T or MS.

according to that xda thread you literally get them from MS - you submit a ticket to att, get the ticket number, give it to ms and then they give you a code. Sounds easier than 1/2 the phones i have ever unlocked.

Still don't want one at this price, but the unlock looks rather easy
