Looking for a year of Xbox Gamer Pass Ultimate? Buy 7 day cards from Eneba. ~$1.50 per card. Can easily get a year for ~$80. Takes a little leg work but worth it and you can add as much/little as you want.
Walmart immediately cancelled my order. Same card, account and everything I've used for years.

Thanks Walmart, you're the best.

Last time I bought 3 months off of Eneba every single code had already been redeemed.
For the 7 day passes, or 14 day passes, don't you have to wait until your current plan expires? I was pretty sure that you could not add them while your account had a currently active GP or GPU subscription. This makes using 7 or 14 day passes less appealing...having to keep up with that on a weekly basis for 3 years seems like way more of a hassle.
Maybe that's true of the trial codes? I just bought ten 7 day codes and individually redeemed them to my not-expired account, no issues.
I got XBOX ultimate 2 yrs ago(I should have stacked more yrs my mistake) and it ends on July 8th..so I guess that means I cant do the 1 dollar deal right? Is this the best deal right now, the 3 months offer?
If it is expiring soon, let it expire. After it expires load your account back up with Gold. Then go to the Ultimate Gamepass page and subscribe for $14.99. When you do this it will charge you $14.99 one time and then convert whatever gold you have to Gamepass 1:1 like it did in the $1 deal. I just did this for the 3rd time a few days ago.

And you confirmed this works personally? I've read elsewhere that the $1 upgrade is only possible once per account. I'd like to believe you though.
oh I'm pretty sure this will work as said. but then 11 months in.. you might get a nasty email from Microsoft saying you account has been banned and any gamer tag associated with this account has been locked and you are no longer able to access any games purchased while using that account.
Stealing is stealing no matter if loop holes are left vulnerable. I mean 1.00 isn't worth the worry.
... How do you figure that is stealing? If their system allows it, that's on them not on me.

I just did it a few days ago for the 3rd time. I've had Gamepass since 2017. My GPU is now expiring 06/2024. I paid retail for the cards so it was $59x3+$14.99=$194.96 for 3 years($5.42 a month). You can get a better deal on gold cards to make it cheaper.
The $1 deal will not work for you if you have done it. Instead, when you click on the link to upgrade Gold to Gamepass it will say $14.99 a month to upgrade. This is normal. It will bill you $14.99 once and whatever gold time you have will be converted to GPU 1:1. Before you click confirm to upgrade it will even show you your next billing date if you upgrade.
It's basically the same process as the $1 upgrade but, you are paying $14.99 one time instead of the $1 upgrade charge. Make sure to turn off reoccurring billing after if you don't want it to auto renew when it expires.

A simple more sure fire solution: Keep an eye out in the coming weeks for 12 month XBL cards from Newegg for $49.99, when available buy between 1-3 cards - whatever you can afford. When your GPU expires, create or use another account (that's only ever been silver) on your console. Redeem the 12 month card. Convert to GPU for $1. Any gamertag on the Xbox will be able to play your GPU games.
Like another poster mentioned you can get a 13th month if you redeem on the Xbox website and agree to turn on automatic billing. As far as I know, to take advantage of that offer you have to have a payment method on file or at least $14.99 in ur account so that they're eligible to auto bill you for at least 1 month - which wouldn't occur until 1,2, or 3 years later depending on how many cards you purchased. That leaves plenty of time to turn auto billing off, which you can do immediately after converting to GPU for $1. At the very least no one should be paying more than $50.99 a year for 12 months of GPU, a pretty slick deal.

3 month cards = 4 months.
Turn off recurring and do it again. Did this multiple times last week when Amazon has them for $30.
