I hope you don't have any pets. Generally they take time to look after.

Gonna give em a shot. Our 15yo rat terrier is down a few teeth and all others we've tried dry out before we get halfway through the bag. While reading up I learned some ppl steam their greenies/ark naturals/other dental chews to soften them back up — wanted to share that. Wrapped in a hot rag for a bit, or microwaving briefly in a damp paper towel sounded like a common solution. Thanks OP!

Thats a great idea. Thanks for sharing

It takes about 1 minute for me to brush my dog's teeth every single night once I've made it a regular practice (just smear on the enzyme poultry-flavored paste, she loves it). Stuff like this doesn't even compare. Healthy teeth will make your dog live longer, just put in the effort!

Seeing some reviews with 'choking' being an issue with these types of treats. Have you experienced that before? also, can they easily be broken in half to help counter that?

I have two large dogs. I break these in half and give them to the dogs every day over the last year. Seems to work well!

You are doing a sloppy job. ADA recommends 2 minutes of brushing time in the morning and at night. You are right. Healthy teeth/healthy diet will make your dog live longer.
