Last deal(a few days ago),when I ordered a RAM from them(ddr4-3200,32gb),they cancelled 99% of the orders...LOOK:

None of this is true.

The RAM was probably a price error which you know, no retailer is required to honor.

A quick Google search shows they removed the dead pixel policy about 10 months ago, but some folks have reported having to pay for return shipping on defective monitors.

because back in the 2000s I built so many computers on newegg, and then they got bought by some chinese conglomerate and the CS when down the shitter. the return policy sucks, restocking fees, you have to argue with them to even let you do a return.

Their previous policy was bullshit. Could you imagine selling other products with defects just saying it is to be expected? Like imagine if "irregular" clothing was sold and the only way you could return it is if like 3/4 of a sleeve was missing.
