Cheap, but 87g carbs is just too much for me. Should be fine if you are extremely active and are able to burn those carbs. Surprisingly, this has a lot less sodium than some of the other instant noodles I have bought in the past. I remember buying one with almost 2000mg sodium.

I had placed a subscribe and save order for this item a few days ago (another deal posted here). I promptly canceled that order after looking at the nutritional facts. Not sure how I missed the 87g carbs when I placed that order. Unless you are doing 100 laps of an Olympic sized pool, I'd stay away from such carb heavy foods.

Yeah. Saving money to hurt your health doesn't make any sense. You'll end up spending a lot more on medical bills in the future. It's okay to enjoy a treat once in a while, but eating garbage all the time can come back to bite you in your 40s and beyond.

These aren't delicious, but not horrible. Definitely good in a crunch...I add some chicken, roasted sesame oil, and Sichuan pepper
