Best Buy has the Ryzen 9 5900X, RTX 3080 gaming Desktop in stock for $2499.99 and ships within days. I ensured my order shipped before posting. Stock is low and has been going in and out of stock.
Sure, maybe pricy compared to a year ago, the only sexy components are GPU and CPU, and some people can afford 3080 Ti.
But, this gets to your home in about a week or less and from reviews the RTX 3080 is not hash rate throttled. The i9 option is there but I much prefer 5900X.
Planning to take the 16GB RAM and put it on an old rig and upgrade with new RAM. Maybe put in some more fans if needed. I customized the same setup on CyberPowerPC website and it costs more on there.

All parts are important in a pre-built. Buying one with a shit motherboard and shit RAM will end up eating up that entire $500.
