Razer are showing no shame in going after the Logitech G502 market. Other than the DPI buttons on the left button and the Infinite Scroll Wheel, the Basilisk Ultimate has the better features and software functionality. The V2 is basically the wired version of the Ultimate but without the RGB. And the X HyperSpeed is a budget wireless version that has Bluetooth connectivity as well. They're great mice but they're not the kind that I recommend. Comfortable, decent shape, but could definitely be better and also lighter. The Razer Vipers and DeathAdder V2 are better for aim, in my opinion. This is just a comparison review but if you want the other details, you can check the main Basilisk review here: https://youtu.be/4y4Wtx7-vfk

Razer Viper Ultimate is 74g and Razer Viper standard is 71g and the Razer Viper Mini is 60g. Everyone of those are way better mice across the board. If you need a BIGGER mouse then the Razer DeathAdder V2 is 80g and XL with the same 6.2 grip size as this mouse. The Glorious Model D is 69g and a 5.9 for grip size. Even the Zowie FK1+-B is 6g lighter than this mouse. I would look at any of these mice over this one.
Guys this was $84 last week. Lol
Your refund would be reduced by the value of the Steam card

Like all gift cards bundles that I've seen, it would be subtracted from the total refund.

$130 - 50 = $80 refund (+/- taxes)

Tempting. Anybody with experience on the mouse, though? I would be looking to replace the Viper and I like the lightweightness of it.

i bought two of these back to back about 2 weeks ago when it was on sale with the dock for 99. Both of them had scrolling issues out of the box where a single notch on the scroll wheel every so often would "double scroll", overshooting whatever i was trying to look at disorienting the hell out of me. i ended up going with a g604 instead.

Rtings has a review on it:

Here's a buildapcsales thread on a recent sale of the same mouse... if you wanted to see a little discussion on it too:

Bought this and g502 wireless. Both of them were less than 90 usd. Returned this coz of double clicking issue and kept the g502. You can get a charging dock for g502 on amazon for around 30. And I dont like the rubbery feel of this basilisk ultimate.

Yup… forcing a bundle with a gift card isn't that great of a deal when you could have bought it for $84.

The deal is okay, but the 84$ one would be better.

Viper is better. Better than that is the Roccat Kone Pro.

That said, I have ditched all of them and gone back to my G502 Hero.

Both Viper and Kone Pro were not the greatest of quality. Viper didn't survive a fall to my hardwood floor, Kone pro was amazing but it got kinda iffy past 3 feet which was not suitable.

If your machine is close, the Kone Pro is probably the best wireless mouse you can buy.
