For anyone who missed out before, previous Frontpage deal can still be had for $34.97+tax, FS--or $33.22+tax w/Discover/PayPal, see below-- if you order from one of several Texas stores as your home store. This approach was posted back in March by tomeaine, but his zip code didn't work for me. I searched recently and found zips 77037, 77373, 77093 and 77068 still were at 34.97. 7/8 Update: I just searched again, and all the stores at zip codes I listed previously are working again. I also checked several more stores that had the 34.97 price, and those now have free shipping to home as well-- 77070,77008,and 77024.

Internet #308746324
Model #P747
Store SKU #1004489849
Store SO SKU #1004139218

Change your local Home Depot store and the ship to zip code in the upper left corner of the HD web page to one of these zips for this item, put it in your cart with free shipping to home, then go to the checkout page and put in your actual shipping address, then order for shipment to your own address.

For those who have had trouble getting the deal to work, again, you have to change what the site shows by default in the upper left hand corner of the web page as your "local" store to one of the stores at the zip codes listed above. Then put the item in your cart, choose free shipping, and put in the actual address you want it shipped to--for most of us, that will be your home address in a state other than TX.

I expect they'll block it again eventually, but it was working again as of 12:20pm CDT on 7/8. .

Even better now, Discover card has an extra 5% savings if you order through PayPal linked to your card. The PayPal bonus is valid on any purchases made this way July-Sept.

Happy hunting!

Ordered one for myself, and received it on time.

Don't know how long this will last, so posted it as YMMV.

The Ryobi days thing that was just going on (is it still going on because I swear I saw it advertised at the bottom of one of the pages while checking out with this item). Two batteries and a free tool for $100.
Yes, I was hoping that this tool P747 would be part of the Ryobi Days promo (though I don't REALLY need batteries any more) but they only had the cheaper model which doesn't work as well for car, motorcycle and bike tires--my main needs. I waited a while to post this in case they added it, but finally pulled the trigger because it'll be so much more convenient than getting out the big compressor just to top off a couple bike tires.

Thanks to all for your comments.

I disagree. The cheap model works fine for inflating tires if you are only topping them off which is what we usually need to do. If you are filling tires from empty than none of the cordless models are the correct tool.

Are you implying this model cannot fill a tire from empty? My dewalt 20v inflator can fill a tire from flat like a champ. No idea about this one

I have this one and the smaller handheld inflator/deflator and this one never gets used. It's handy if you need to do bike tires, but it's so much bulkier and annoying to use for air mattresses and inflatable toys.

The handheld one is often half the price and is so much more convenient to use. We take it camping and use it to inflate/deflate everything. It also comes in extremely handy for breathing life into the campfire.
The smaller handheld one can inflate floaties with and without Boston valves?

No 12v or 110v input? b&d or DeWalt one has all 3 inputs. It's helpful if u forgot to charge your battery or just so happens ran it down from other tools. But of course this is so much cheaper when on sale. Sure is bulky though!
My 20v dewalt inflator does not have a 110v or 12v option. Not sure what you're talking about?

DEWALT 20-Volt MAX Inflator (Tool-Only)

SKU# 305709688

But yes, it's double even at msrp. The BnD one does the same thing. Slightly cheaper but it's certainly not $35.

I'm whining about it because my tools are 90% DeWalt + BnD Matrix. DeWalt stuff is for the job site (I build houses) and BnD Matrix is in the car permanently. Because it's 1 tool 1 battery with 5 heads and everything fit in 1 small bag. So getting the BnD inflator for the car makes most sense, while the DeWalt can also work because I have so many batteries. But with the Ryobi, the inflator is already more bulky than most cheap Amazon compressors, even if I get a battery, the issue is having to carry an extra and large charger. The BnD (slow) charger that I already carry for the matrix tools is super compact.

This is probably one of my most favorite Ryobi Gadgets. It's a fantastic tool given its portability, price and function. I was able to snag a factory blemished one from Directtools.com last year for $24. It's well worth $35, especially if you have kids. It's great for the bike tires, balls, and inflatables.

Well worth it. I have 2. Inflates car tires fast and automatically to whatever psi you set it. Also comes with tips for inflating soccer balls, basketball,ECT and also a nozzle for inflating pool toys ECT. Every had a dedicated storage spot on the unit and both hoses wrap up neatly and securely on the unit. Very compact and portal. Every one should have one. Like I said I own 2 and have gifted 3( they use it frequently too)!

Anyone know if this will work to inlate some Inflatable Paddle boards..
Used it to fill auto tires on a heavy car. Works. Nice to have in the trunk on road trips in case you lose tire pressure.
