Whenever Amazon has this weird non-even numbers as the dollar off coupon it's usually because they're matching someone else. Sure enough, they're matching Target with their price after the 20% off coupon on their site. So if you use your Redcard you can get an extra 5% off at Target

It is a shame for Best Buy not to pricematch the final price of competitors. Both Target and Amazon have the same lower price $26.39, but BB refuses to pricematch with a coupon.
