any experience by SDers on carrying cost. Took a quick look at BB reviews, seems like nothing is washable, right? Have to buy everything, like Blueair. Prefilter, HEPA filter, etc

That CADR rating is 150% of the popular WINIX filters.

This thing is actually not bad at this price, 5x air exchanges per hour in a 500sq ft room puts it on par with some of the higher end Blueair models and Coway models (the Coway 400 uses only 2x per hour air exchange to get their 1,560 Sq ft rating. With 5/hour it's really only 624 Sq ft).
