Gageteer Review. [the-gadgeteer.com]

It seems like an interesting product...and the price is a LOT less than the original $38 indiegogo offering.

Problem for me is it only brews 4 oz at a time. My $16 Oxo Brew [amazon.com]does similar brewing without batteries and allows for different size cups.

Thanks for posting this OP, I like learning about new/strange brewing ideas.

I have a coffee problem, I like trying different coffee brewing methods and machines. I was initially intrigued with this but now I am left scratching my head. What problem does this solve. This is a manual pour over that automates the dripping speed using AA batteries. So basically it is a regular drip coffee maker but it requires you to boil your own water and change the batteries. Anyone who owns or is planning to buy this, am I missing something? Why?
