Video card prices are dropping as china miners sell off gpu cards

Even if they do at low prices please do not buy the used cards which have been mined 24/7 @ 365

It's worth if you want a gaming PC of these specs and you don't want to be constantly on the lookout of GPU stock availability

Heavily overpriced in a normal market. Kinda overpriced in today's market. But it's right there. Video cards are hard to find, and on stockx you'll pay almost what this build costs for just the card. I paid $1299 for an AMD build with similar specs in January. Took over a month to arrive though. Mine was a 5600x with a 3070 that I was able to pick. Same amount of ram, and a 1tb nvme instead of an SSD. Liquid CPU cooler too.

Would selling the 3070 to upgrade it with a 3080ti and more RAM (32GB total) work?
If you could find someone willing to buy a "used" 3070 for over a grand, and could find a 3080 for close to retail, go for it. The board should support that amount of Ram and that video card

I feel like this configuration has been $150 cheaper over the last week. IMO this is overpriced and not worth it.

because? Chances are a mining farm has some configurations in place and there is little to no impact on the cards. There are videos showing proof of cards that were used for mining 24/7 for 1-2 years against the same card used like a "normal" gamer (whatever that is) and there was almost no difference in graphics or framerate.

That`s entirely fair and they may not be even problematic but just pro vs cons instead of diving headfirst into cheap 20 or 30 series cards on sites

Nobody, not even the Chinese use GPUs for BTC. ASICS are orders of magnitude more profitable and efficient.

What is the PSU in this? Can't seem to find it listed? Will it handle a 3080ti or 3090 upgrade at some point?
