1 & 2 were universally loved, #3 is pretty bad, story makes no sense whatsoever and it's pretty boring in general. that being said the worlds aren't awful and some of them are pretty fun. very forgettable final boss and a ton more button mashing without the redeeming qualities. for $4, i think it's worth it.

For $4 maybe I'll give it another shot. I enjoyed 1 and 2 but that was when I was younger like 20 years ago haha. Played 3 and had a hard time getting into it.

Like a fool I bought this new for $60 day one. My backlog is so big I haven't had time to play it.

The reviews have really soured me on getting around to it as well...one of the last games I purchased at full price and this for $4 a few years later as my unopened copy sits is why. 🥺

This has a ps5 patch (not a remaster) to unlock framerates, and it's close to locked 60 fps. Alot of fun

Agreed, I was so into that game back then but the plot got WAY too much and by the time KH3 came out, I was just not motivated to play it further after playing it for an hour...

Really wished I didn't buy it on release 😒 honestly thought that I'll get movtivated but it never came...

Sure you aren't thinking of PS4 pro? This game has always had 60fps mode. Not sure if they made a PS5 4k/60 patch

Kingdom Hearts 2.8, aka the 2 games and the movie, are almost essential to actually understand Kingdom Hearts 3. So if you only played KH 1 & 2, you're probably not going to know anything that's happening.

At some point, even a low price doesn't justify buying a bad/mediocre game, when there are better competing for your time. Once time becomes more valuable than money (relatively speaking), I'd still rather spend full price for a great game over $4 for a meh game.

yeah but strictly speaking if you wanted to play this game and experience it for yourself $4 is an appropriate price point. honestly wouldn't pay more than $5 for it, think i got it like 3 months after release for $30 and was majorly disappointed lol

you are right, it wasn't a explicit patch, but the PS5 does bruteforce it to a smooth FPS
