considering gap lets you use your gift cards at old navy, Athleta, and Banana Republic. I am pretty sure you can use this at the factory outlets especially since you can buy gap gift cards at the factory outlets.

Yea, it works sometimes. I also found that right when new promotions are introduced usually on wednesday nights, you can get bypass certain exclusion item limits. It is usually closed the next morning, but since the order got through they still honor it.

Please clarify -
1. How does money return work when I return stuff? If I've paid using multiple gift cards, then money will go back to each gift card or go to the account as credit?
2. Can I fund my online account with these card so that I don't have deal with gift card not working situation 6months down the line?

They will give you a new physical gift card if you return in the store else email you a new GC codes.

For ur second question- Yes, you can add the GC balance to your account and use whenever u want.
