You may be able to access the digital content for CR (and digital content of other magazines) via your local library system. You would need a library card, but it's free.
Uh-huh. Since projection is obviously your forte, you may as well keep telling yourself that, Donnie...
Well, what more proof do I need? The willful ignorance I spoke of is on full display if you don't think we're pretty much there already. Keep drinking the Kool-Aid, my friend - you'll need it with the heat from the climate change brought about by your apparent idols.
- Apply for or find your local-library card.
- Search online for "[cityname or county-name] library digital magazines"
- Download the app (often it's "Libby") to see if The Economist or your chosen magazine is included by your library.
- Enjoy reading it on your phone or tablet!
Normally I'd say that one should pay directly for quality journalism if one can afford it. But I am guessing (though haven't confirmed) that these magazines get paid by the libraries, so why not put your tax dollars to good use?Sign up for a Slickdeals account to remove this ad.
No cc information is taken, no auto-renew. You complete tasks on their site to earn pts and redeem for subscriptions. It doesn't take long...but some folks don't want to deal with it.
Some freebie sites for magazines can be hit or miss. I've been using RecycleBank for 10 years, and I've received every magazine I've ordered.

Whether you use DM or RecycleBank, you can extend a current subscription. If you do, be sure to use the EXACT same name/addy information that is on your current mailing label. If you aren't sure...you can log into your subscription account at the magazine specific website to verify your information.
If, despite using the same information, you start to receive duplicates. You can resolve the issue by contacting customer service at the specific magazine (not DM or RB). Once logged into your account at the magazine specific website, you can send a message to customer service. You provide the account numbers off the magazine labels, and ask that the subscription accounts be merged.
Discover @ 12.97 not true. How about 19.99 for 8 issues
