how do you people deal with the small balance in the gift card? can you do partial payment or split payment with the small leftover amount in the gift card? Thanks

I removed the Visa card from cart and added again. That worked.

Once you've mostly exhausted a Visa GC, I find it's best to just spend remaining balance on an Amazon GC reload. You could buy to the cent. (ie. $2.53 reload, etc)

Order a $215 card and use a $200 prepaid card. Total is $199.45 so you will need to spend the balance somehow. $15.50 MM.
