update, ordered three cards. all cards came within three minutes. have since then applied all three to amazon account balance. have already gotten confirmation that all three cards have been applied to my account.
Needed to spend $500 to wrap up a credit card promo, so this was a nice money maker for me.

I received an email from TCB about this.
I made a $250 purchase using my Citi DoubleCash card.
I received the VISA virtual account eGift card five minutes later.
I immediately added it to my Paypal account.
Many animal rescues accept donations through Paypal so win-win.

Thanks OP, was able to turn $692.85 into approx. $821.41 between coupon and CB sites (including $5 bonus for new CB site signup), and Delta miles earned on CC (not to mention the spend towards bonus), and not considering any cash out bonus from CB site!

1) ca$h back site TCB is offering 1% on orders at giftcards + $2.50 extra cb (you have to activate it on their main page)
2) used BoA CC with 3% on online orders

Someone else posted that we won't get 3% with the BoA credit card.
This is why I went with the Citi DoubleCash to get 2%.
