update, ordered three cards. all cards came within three minutes. have since then applied all three to amazon account balance. have already gotten confirmation that all three cards have been applied to my account.
Needed to spend $500 to wrap up a credit card promo, so this was a nice money maker for me.

Remember that you can ask a friend or family member to add these cards to Venmo & send to you, then transfer back to bank without any charges.
