update, ordered three cards. all cards came within three minutes. have since then applied all three to amazon account balance. have already gotten confirmation that all three cards have been applied to my account.
Needed to spend $500 to wrap up a credit card promo, so this was a nice money maker for me.

Order paid with Chase Sapphire Preferred got canceled immediately. Linked the card with Apple Pay and order again but payment could not be processed. I used the card at Staples today and it was nothing wrong. I strongly believe Chase is blocking transactions with CSP on this website.
