Really, I think we all know at this point that someone made a mistake, but it seems fraudulent when the model and description is changed after purchase. Cancel all of the orders and nut up and explain that they made a mistake. Most of us would understand.

I don't think the 3200g is a horrible deal with current pricing of CPUs and the $253 price. It's not the best either, but it's not what was offered.

Not exactly the same. The pc you linked to is a 3500 and a 512ssd, where the original post is for a 3600 and a 256ssd. Small difference, but it is different.

VIPoutlet is gonna have a shyt ton of negative Ebay reviews, they sold like 1400 of these within an hour when the deal was posted, now they changed the description to 3200G and no graphics card lol, even if they don't ship they'll get review bombed.

I doubt that ebay reviews mean anything in this day and age? But, it certainly shows that they change the item.

Review bombing and contacting the BBB is also commonly brought up. Hell, some people will even spend an hour plus on the phone with customer support demanding either the original item or other types of concessions.

Reviews only matter for small ebay sellers. In a case like this, ebay will scrub all the negative reviews from this fiasco because VIPOutlet is a big seller. They might wait a few days, but they will slowly scrub them out.

I got my shipment confirmation this morning. Tracking number provided but still in that "Shipment information sent to FedEx" status.

The shipment email still shows the 3600 and 1650 Super in the description. Scheduled to arrive Saturday and I'm setting my expectations loooooooooooow... lol

Oddly enough, I happened to place two orders for the same PC and successfully cancelled the second one when the coupon didn't work. Their phone reps have been informative and helpful.

Order says Label created and the email lists the item as "HP tg01-0023w Pavilion Gaming Ryzen 5 3600 3.59GHz NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB 8GB RAM 256GB SSD Win 10 Home Black (condition: GRADE A)". Guess we'll see, currently scheduled to arrive Friday from Arizona.

I'm sure most of that is automated/automatic, grabbing the info from the initial order page or listing. Mine is set to arrive tomorrow but I've got almost no hope that it'll be what it says it will be.
