I got this just for the troubleshooting pages 17-271. Can finally load the game.

Serious note though, I have heard it's gotten much better over the last few patches.

Yes it does run much better. On PCs and newer hardware like Xbox one x and PS4 pro. Older consoles it still sucks pretty bad on. At this point really, it's a matter of whether you enjoy the game or not. I liked it while it lasted but it fell well short of expectations for me. I've had it on PC since launch and played through with minimal issue but the game just ain't that good IMO. The story was decent but the game is just very linear choice wise. I felt no reason to go back and play it again and it's a short game for an RPG.

For comparisons sake. I think Witcher 3 is my personal best rpg of all time. The story, replay ability. It all comes together so beautifully. This is pretty much a linear action game in comparison.
