Good employers give their employees the day off on July 4th and 5th. Makes perfect sense to start the sale on July 6th.
Nothing is more American than celebrating the 4th on the 6th.

Has SVS quality taken a hit in the last couple of year? Seems like more and more are pushing HSU (Subs)

Which SVS sub would you guys recommend for music? I was going to get REL T9i, but it never goes on sale. I'm going to get a pair.

It all depends on multiple factors.

1. What is your current setup?
2. What kind of music do you listen to?
3. Do you watch movies or is it purely for music?
4. How big is your room?

1. Naim Nova -> Triangle Signature Alphas
2. Pop, jazz and classical rock
3. I think we use it equally for music and movies mostly streamed from Nvidia Shield.
4. Room is 18ft by 35ft and 10 ft tall.

I want to get a pair. Thanks.

You can try PB2000 or Monolith 12 etc.

With that size room, I'd step up to the PB3000s

I went down the rabbit hole of home theater systems ever since the Memorial Day sale on Klipsch Reference Premier speakers. At first I was looking forward to getting a PB-2000 Pro, then I thought it would just be better to go with HSU. Then I decided, screw it, I'll get the PB16 Ultra. But now, NOW I know what I really want is the Power Sound Audio S3612. I just don't know if PSA has sales like SVS does.
