It's pretty high quality construction but I don't think it's designed for long-term outdoor use but rather inside the car. Unfortunately, my car's cigarette adapter is off while the car is off.
Because of the pandemic, I rarely drive one of my cars and the battery drops to just below the starting voltage after about a week. I hope a full day 10W input will get it started without jumping.
I'm going to use it without a charge controller, but I'll closely monitor the voltage and won't leave it connected for more than a day.
