You don't need the most expensive tires for your car , especially if you don't plan to keep it after
a year or two .
They will refuse to sell you a set of tires that is not recommended by Toyota ( like a cheaper set ) .
BTW, you can buy it today even if the warehouse is closed, you can install it anytime within 30 days.

i ordered four new tires for the car and I see they offer addition services such as tire condition inspection and tire balance. are these needed? thanks for the help
