The link for the 3 pack (HS200P3) is NOT for 3 way switches.
They are single pole only. Without disabling the 3way functionality (the second switch) the 3 pack cannot be used in a 3way switch configuration.
Anyone arguing to the contrary is just plain wrong.
3-way or single pole: Using it as 3-way or single pole switch to control the light from 1 or 2 locations to replace your traditional 3-way switch. Best for top and bottom of a staircase or from house to garage etc.
I ordered one of these last time they were on sale. Thing got stuck in the on position and not even breaker/uninstalling and reinstalling would correct. Not a great time at 9pm for the bedroom light, returned it. Might have just gotten a bad one, but be aware.

can this switch be used if there is no ground wire (only load and neutral)?
Technically yes, although its not a particularly safe installation. Hope you aren't thinking about using the ground as a neutral, that's a definite no-no.

Any good smart switch which dont require neutral wire?
I have never heard of a smart switch which doesn't require a neutral. Moreover, it doesn't make sense as a neutral is required by any device that uses power. A smart switch uses power. The only way what you are suggesting could exist is something like the power siphoning that a Nest thermostat does, but that is DC and its just totally different.

Note that you only need one smart 3 way switch. The other can be standard 3 way switch.
Make sure at least one of the 3 way switches you already have has access to a neutral wire behind it.
